The first exchange in Spain is free. The deadline to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order in Spain and the EU, and 20 calendar days from shipment for orders outside the EU.

Returns from outside Spain are the customer's responsibility.

Event and promotion items have special return conditions and costs. Event items must keep their return label to be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the package at our warehouse.

The first exchange for each order in Spain is free.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request it through our online portal.

You can exchange the size or choose a different product. For exchanges of equal or greater value, the new order is generated immediately once the request is completed and, if applicable, the payment of the difference is made.

From the second exchange onwards, the corresponding shipping costs will apply. If the requested product is not available, a return and refund will be processed automatically.

Returns of Bridal and Guest items have a cost of €4.95 for the first item, plus €1 for each additional event garment returned. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order in Spain and the EU to request a return. Outside the EU, the period is 20 calendar days from the date of the order.

Garments must keep their return label and be in their original condition to accept the exchange or return. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
